A Day No Pigs Would Die Blog #1 c:

I don't have any pets,but I think a pet could be a best friend.My ideal pet would be a Unicorn(Yes,a Unicorn.).Why?I'd like a Unicorn as a pet because I could ride it around all day,transportation issues would be a thing of the past.If I missed the bus to school I could just saddle up my Unicorn and we'd be on our merry way!It'd also be a great listener.I could yammer about my problems to it without worry of it judging me.Also,Unicorns don't have aposable thumbs to hold an xbox controller with,so it wouldn't waste all it's time playing video games,so it'd spend all it's time with me!I would have a loyal,caring companion at my side at all times,never again would I be lonely.I believe a Unicorn would be the perfect pet for me.

     It is 8:15 and Sarah is standing at her opened locker gazing into the mirror she has glued to the inside of her locker door. As she makes sure that no remnants of her morning breakfast remain on her perfect smile, she sees that Tom is talking to Leslie in the middle of the congested hallwat. Turning around to get a closer look, Sara begins seething.
    She was in disbelief that he would look at her twice.It was obvious that he didn't know when Leslie came to school.She took Leslie under her wing and made her into a completely different person.Her clothes were screaming thrifty before she came along.She didn't even want to get started on those grubby shoes of hers!They weren't even in style anymore.Acrimoniously,she looked on at the girl who had gall to flirt with the guy SHE wanted to go to homecoming with."This bites!",she thought to herself.With astounding confidence,she swore that Tom would ask her to homecoming.

Halloween Blog. c:

On a crisp,Halloween night,Nicole and her best friend Erika were out on a walk.They didn't care much for trick-or-treating,so they were just strolling along.The only things that illuminated their path was the moonlight.It was getting close to midnight,so they decided to try to turn around and go home.All of a sudden,there was a loud cracking noise.They looked off into the distant forest,bewildered.Erika grabbed onto Nicole's arm with a grip only comparable to the jaws of life.As fearless as Nicole was,she too,was a little frightened.They were about to experience the worst fear of their lives when they saw what came bounding out of the trees.
What they saw shocked and terrified them at the same time.It was a large,horrid looking beast.It resembled a wolf.It had jet black hair and blood red eyes.It snarled at the two girls,and seemed to shake the ground as it lunged toward them.Nicole,who was paralyzed with fear,didn't move a muscle.Erika though,scrambled to get away.Immediately the beast ran after her.He pounced,knocking her to the ground with a loud THUD.The wind was knocked out of Erika so fast she didn't even get a chance to scream.Nicole quickly came to her senses,and then started throwing small rocks at the back of the creature.It turned around and swiped it's mighty paw at Nicole,knocking her to the cold ground.Then,all was silent.The beast quietly lurked over to Nicole,and started breathing on her neck.She could smell the creature's foul odor,it made her cringe.She felt it walk away to Erika,who was laying nearby.Nicole knew it was going to harm Erika.So she summoned all her strength to get up,and grab the biggest log she could find.Just as the beast was about to finish Erika off,Nicole bashed the beast on the back of the head,making it fall to the ground.She knew it would not be down for long,so she grabbed Erika,and they stumbled home(with only a few cuts and bruises believe it or not).They both agreed never to go out on Halloween again.
